With a professional background in homebuilding, construction and land development, Brooke brings valuable industry knowledge and a client-focused approach to her real estate career.

Brooke spent three years with GL Homes in the Warranty Department, serving as a primary point of contact for homeowners after closing. In this role, she coordinated unfinished construction items and warranty-related needs throughout the first year of homeownership, gaining firsthand insight into the building process, quality considerations and homeowner service.

Brooke later transitioned into consulting with Marks Land Development, expanding her experience into grading, drainage, excavation and sod services for local developers. This combination of experience provides her with a well-rounded understanding of construction and homebuilding that complements her work in residential real estate.

A 2017 graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Her hospitality and construction backgrounds have shaped a service-oriented approach built on communication, attention to detail and client care.

Outside of real estate, Brooke enjoys working out, reading and spending time with her daughter, Decker, and her Golden Retriever, Stormi.
