Born in Chicago, Jennifer Leeder’s ties to Naples go back two decades, beginning with vacations at her parents’ residence. While excelling as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in senior living, her frequent visits deepened her love for Southwest Florida. In 2020, with the support of her husband, Dan, Jennifer realized her dream of calling Naples home.

Now with more than four years as a member of the Michelle Thomas Team and over $75 million in career real estate sales, Jennifer brings sales expertise, strategic insight and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Jennifer is also an accomplished entrepreneur and philanthropist, with experience ranging from managing her family’s enterprise to pioneering a nonprofit that built a school in Samfya, Africa. She earned her Doctorate in Health and Wellness from the University of the Rockies in 2018.

With extensive experience in luxury senior living communities, including Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, Jennifer has developed expertise in strategic planning, brand development and revenue generation. At the heart of her work is a passion for guiding families through life’s transitions and helping them realize their vision of life in Southwest Florida.

Jennifer and Dan, parents to five grown children, now enjoy Marco Island with their two dogs. A mortgage veteran with three decades of experience across Florida and Wisconsin, Dan complements Jennifer’s real estate expertise. Together, they embrace the Southwest Florida lifestyle through boating, exploring farmers markets and enjoying the dining scenes of Naples and Marco Island.
