Monika Urbanavicius’ journey into real estate began organically, as friends and family sought her insight from her personal experiences as a buyer, seller, and investor. She decided to become a licensed real estate professional to expand her knowledge and skills to a broader audience.

With international roots stretching back to Lithuania, she emigrated to the United States in 2007 and attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, graduating with an International Relations and Politics degree.

Monika is proud to call Naples home and enjoys assisting new buyers relocate to the sunshine state. Her approach to real estate is finding a connection with each client by listening, observing, and valuing their time.
