Ria Sayers is an experienced Realtor® representing buyers and sellers throughout Naples and Marco Island. Originally from Northern New Jersey, Ria has proudly called Naples home since 2007, giving her nearly two decades of firsthand knowledge of the communities, lifestyle, and real estate market of Southwest Florida.

Before transitioning into real estate in 2018, Ria earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from Montclair State University and spent two decades in education and healthcare. Her background helped shape the qualities she brings to real estate today—listening carefully, communicating clearly, understanding her clients’ needs, and advocating for their best interests.

Whether assisting with a luxury condominium, golf community, new construction, waterfront property, or single-family home, Ria combines extensive local knowledge with a highly personalized approach. She is committed to making every transaction as informed and seamless as possible while building lasting relationships with her clients well beyond the closing table.

Outside of real estate, Ria enjoys traveling, staying active, spending time at the beach, and embracing the Naples lifestyle. An avid animal lover, she proudly supports animal-welfare organizations and fundraising efforts and is a devoted dog mom to her two beloved rescues, Sammy and Gracie.
