With a distinguished career spanning military service, medical sales, and business ownership, Steve Parkey brings an exceptional level of discipline, leadership, and professionalism to every real estate transaction. Steve leverages decades of experience in high-stakes industries to serve buyers and sellers across Southwest Florida with integrity, precision, and results.

A proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, Steve was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army, where he qualified as a Field Artillery and Air Defense Missile Officer before receiving an honorable discharge. His military foundation instilled in him a commitment to service, strategic thinking, and excellence under pressure—principles that continue to guide his work today.

Following his service, Steve built a successful career in medical sales, representing premier companies such as Ortho Pharmaceutical, US Surgical Autosuture, Sharplan Surgical Lasers, and St. Jude Heart Valves. He later launched his own ventures, including Medical Marketing in Kansas City and Grace Hospice, with locations in Kansas City, Topeka, Lawrence, and Leawood. His entrepreneurial background is a testament to his business acumen, client-first mindset, and unwavering work ethic.

Now part of the award-winning Michelle Thomas Team at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Steve is proud to offer his clients knowledge and results that only come from decades of leadership.

Steve lives on Marco Island with his wife, Laura, and is the proud father of two children, Ben and Grace.
